SmackEm Seafood offers an experience that simply cannot be found anywhere else. Including a menu filled with authentic Cajun flavors and our signature Smack Sauce, along with a proven operating model, the SmackEm Seafood experience is unlike any other – whether you are a franchisee or a customer.
Submit an inquiry to learn about our current franchise opportunities. A member of our franchise development team will contact you to provide an overview of what's involved in becoming a franchise partner. Once you receive and acknowledge our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the next step will be to submit a franchise application with any other principals and operating partners.
At this point, we'll complete an FDD review and provide you with business planning tools. You'll then visit our franchise outlets and discuss your interest and speak with existing franchise partners. Once you've completed the financial verification and franchise application, you'll attend Discovery Day at our Downtown Los Angeles location where you'll meet our team.
You'll now provide your business entity information for ownership which includes reviewing and completing the Development and Franchise Agreements. Once you sign these documents via DocuSign and pay the associated fees, you will be the proud owner of SmackEm Seafood!
Congratulations! Once you've completed each step of our process, you'll officially be a part of SmackEm Seafood. You'll immediately start our official onboarding process to join our rapidly growing franchisee community while we kick off your step-by-step process to launch your first franchise location.

Multi-unit food service operation experience is preferred, but not necessary.
SmackEm Seafood is neither a part time gig nor is it a side hustle. We expect full-time effort, seven days a week. We keep extended hours from 12 PM to 9 PM daily for those customers seeking bold, flavorful seafood. If seven days a week and extended hours aren't your thing, this might not be right for you.
